India has experienced the full hit of globalization as its people were provided with Western thought during the last few decades and as cultural values have gone through a significant restructuring process. Bollywood is largely similar to Hollywood, only that it concentrates on Indian culture and traditions and it is generally meant to address an Indian public.
The Indian government is predominantly democratic and India as a whole appears to have largely profited as a consequence of the fact that its leaders expressed support in regard to Western concepts.
