13. GLOSSARY OF TERMS

The following terms will be defined as below

Day or Days means

Any complete calendar day unless otherwise expressly indicated as a working day.

Facility means

The NAVFAC Division of the Port Huerenemo Naval Base. .

Materials means

An necessary component materials, tools, and other articles to be provided or used by Provider under this Contract.

Provider means

The person who will initially sign the contract and conduct all work associated with it.

Party means

Either the facility, the Provider, either or both. It will also refer to any duly assigned representative of them

Services means

The planning, design, installation and testing of the software library.

Site means

The actual location of the work.

Specification means

A technical description of the software package to be installed. .

Work means

THE Provider's activities and responsibilities as specified under this Contract.
