Creating TV Show The Soggy Term Paper

He has a paper in his hands and looks excited. George: what have you got there? (Points to the paper)

Jerry: It's the agreement.

George: What agreement. (takes the paper from him)

Jerry: Elaine and I think there should be an agreement before we place the order so no one can serve us soggy croissants.

George: You mean you are actually gonna show this to the guy when you place your order.

Jerry: Yup

George: I like the idea. (grins)

Jerry: You do. Good. Now watch me.

George and Jerry walk up to the counter. The guy is ready to take the order.

Jerry: We would like two black coffee with croissants.

Guy: two black coffee.. okay anything else for you sir?

Jerry: No. But before we pay, I would like you to sign this agreement.

Guy: An agreement! (looks very confused)

Jerry shows him the paper.

Jerry: We would like fresh dry croissants and nothing less than that. In case we don't get them oven-fresh, we shall be entitled to full refund. (Jerry explains)

Guy: I am sorry sir...

We always serve fresh dry croissants.
Jerry: No you don't. We got these really soggy croissants yesterday and my friend thinks you people had accidentally dropped them on the kitchen sink or something and served us the same ruined croissants.

Guy: No sir. That's ridiculous. We would never do such a thing. Our croissants are always dry. (shakes his head) and yes says again: Unless you ordered our new strawberry jam croissants. They are slightly soggier because of the jam filling.

Jerry: Jam? (and recalls that Elaine had allowed the guy to serve the new kind of croissants when he asked if they would like to try them)

Jerry: I guess they had some jam in them. (says sheepishly) after a pause continues: Okay. I will go for no-jam croissants them.

The guy nods and waits for Jerry to pay. Jerry takes out his wallet and makes the payment. As the guy enters the information, Jerry picks up the agreement lying on the counter. The guy looks up rather angrily.

Jerry: I understand this will not be needed. (says sheepishly and walks back to the seat with George in tow)
