Community health issues are mainly affected by the social status of an individual. To improve a community's health one will need to prioritize the community's health issues so as to have a firm base for their plan. This plan will allow the community to utilize properly its limited resources. Though, healthy meals are more expensive compared to the fast foods showing them how the fast foods will affect them would enable them to change their diets. Exercising regularly could also be another way that the community can keep fit. Stress does affect everyone, and stress is good as it makes a person to be motivated, but when the pressures a person receives are increased, the person's systems begin to work overtime, and this causes the stress levels to be heightened California Newsreel, 2008.
