This is a series of survey questions based on the research topic at hand. There are first questions regarding basic demographic information, including age, gender, and race. Then, the survey moves to ask questions where there is a scale of 1-7 answers, 1 being strongly disagree and 7 being strongly agree. The next set is actual statements, where the scale values differ. Finally, the last six questions provide two different scenarios and ask survey takers to judge their feelings based on the scale from 1 to 7.
