Summary Evaluation
Writeboard delivers the basic functions needed for completing online collaboration sessions and programs. It is evident in evaluating this application that in a company or larger organization, its collaborative functionality could deliver a strong Return on Investment (ROI) (Geisler, 2003). Further, Writeboard's ability to host interactive conversations differentiates this application from many other potentially competitive forms of collaboration as well. The strengths of this applications are its portability across platforms and accessibility through the browser, ease of use and support for highly interactive editing sessions. Weaknesses include the lack of advanced editing tools that a native Microsoft Word one-on-one editing session would have if two or more team members were working together, lack of support for comparative analysis of versions, and a lack of support for more effective data extraction and integration. Activities Activity #1: Discuss the pros and cons of testing from two perspectives: (1) as a test-taker and (2) as a test-giver From the point-of-view of the test-taker, the 'cons' of taking a test seem obvious. Besides the nerves and the fear of being put under pressure, from the test-taker's point-of-view being tested requires subjecting something quite unique, namely their individual human mind, to an objective test that cannot take into
Introduction Assessment is a critical element of education as it allows for the monitoring, learning, creation of educational programs, and the identification of pupils who require specific services. In reality, though, ABC systems are typically structurally complex and, in spite of the need for complete integration of such ABC systems, many such systems remain as stand-alone analysis tools
Room Size Matters in Behavioral Health Outpatient Facilities Importance/Relevance of Problem Patient housing facilities have a crucial role to play in their smooth recovery, in both nursing homes and hospitals. Formative assessment offers much potential to make both teaching and learning more nuanced and effective for students, particularly students who are attempting to master a new language. Integrating formative assessments into instruction for English Language Learners offers specific opportunities, empowering teachers to better attend to the students’ needs in learning and content, and more effectively helping these students develop the skills they need to master grammatical concepts and communicate with
