Climate change has been a major problem experienced by various countries globally. Many factors contribute to climate change problems experienced including manmade and natural factors. Many researchers in different countries have concentrated on studies with the aim of finding strategies that help in dealing climate change problem. From the increasing climate change problems, many policy questions are arising regarding the methods used in addressing the issue. Different countries have directed more funds, climate professionals, and other resources to the approaches aimed at dealing with the climate change. With such efforts, no significant impact is felt from the commitment (McLean et al., 2016). Additionally, policy matters are the weakest part of all the approaches adopted and implemented when addressing the issue. Some of the questions arising include availability of the policies, their implementation, punishment to the policy offenders, civic education, and the availability of enough funds to enact and implement the policies.
