Business RFP
The purpose of this proposal is to help train individuals in Microsoft Office programs, to then allow them to, in turn, train other individuals in their company. The necessity of using Microsoft Office programs in order to make one's business a success is crucial. Microsoft Office has become the standard product used by businesses as far as computer concepts are concerned. Thus, individuals in the office will need to know how to use and utilize Microsoft Office in order to succeed. Thus, training these individuals to then, in turn, train others will provide a significant basis to get this project started.
Description
Our company has come into existence in order to train executives in Microsoft Office techniques. The purpose of our company is to provide training to individuals in the company who will, in turn, train others. Therefore, we will also be able to come and update training, as requested and as necessary, as another service to the businesses we are attempting to assist.
Business Goals
Our company's business goal is to help make all companies proficient in Microsoft Office in order to promote company success. Microsoft office, as the standard focus of computers, is necessary for all businesses to succeed in today's world. Helping businesses to build a team that will understand and succeed within this framework will in turn help the business to succeed.
Introduction to our Project / Project Goals
Our focus will be to allow the company we work with to pick the individuals we will then train. We feel the company should focus on the individuals it feels will do the best at understanding computer concepts presented by us, and by training others. Therefore, our goal will be the same as our business goal; to help the individuals chosen by the company to succeed in their day-to-day running of Microsoft Office within the company, thus giving the company a technological advantage in the ever-changing, technologically globalized world.
Time and Budget / Description of Training
Generally, it should not take longer than 3-6 months to successfully train the selected employees in Microsoft Office programs well enough to the point where they could then train others. The budget will depend on how many individuals are trained, but we plan to pay by the individual trained, and require $500 per individual trained. Thus, if the company focuses on training 10 individuals, this would cost them $5,000. Our suggestion is that at least 10 individuals be trained, and that they be prepared to dedicate 3 hours a week to the training we will implement, plus another 2-3 hours for the homework. We will cover one program every 2-3 weeks, and leave room at the end of training to re-address and review any necessary information. The deadline, therefore, would be to complete this training within six months.
