The case is presented in an organized and outlined fashion in that the reader is hooked with the opening, then given the background, a set of challenges, pertinent financial information, issues from the stakeholder's perspective, and then financials. The subtitles (e.g. "Once in a Blue Moon") were both humorous and relevant to the issue. The case writer provided enough details to guide several decision-making processes, but was not adamant (as in a text) about the way x or y should be done.
