Conceptual Framework

The concept of this research project is to understand more about the behavioral and attitudinal qualities of the human mind. The subject of this research is the concept of beauty and humanity's seemingly innate magnetic attraction to beautiful objects and people. One goal of this research project is to gain a fuller and deeper understanding about what beauty is and how it affects our lives and how it can be used to improve the quality of life. The principles and concept of mass media advertising and its relation to beauty will help proved a boundary and frame in which to investigate how beauty relates to the consumer of advertising media. Societies relationship to beauty will also be incorporated into this research.

Hypothesis

Beauty plays a significant role in affecting the impact of advertising on consumers.

Types of Data

In order to fully understand this subject some key definitions must be presented at the beginning of this research prior to any data being collected. The concept of beauty and the quantifying the effectiveness of this concept must be thoroughly explained and precisely defined in order to give the data any real power or meaning. A literature review will be used to help assist with some of these concepts and will introduce key general data that will be useful in drawing significant conclusions. Studies can be conducted and designed to produce real data that can be infused with prior studies to present a useful addition to the conversation and provide some new avenues of approach.

4. Data Collection Methods

The literature review will used research collection methods. Any data that will be used from a study will be collected with high standards and appropriate methods.

5. Data Collection Schedule

The data will be collected as time permits.

6. Expectations

I am expecting this research to demonstrate that humanity is deeply and mysteriously drawn towards proportion and beauty as it represents something more meaningful than what science can describe in words and formulas.

7. Possible Difficulties

The process of objectifying beauty is problem that this research may encounter.
