UPKEEP

SUMMARY

Tenant agrees to use apartment for residential purposes only and to scrupulously maintain conditions as they are now. A maximum of 2 vehicles are to be stored on premises. No pets are allowed. Tenant pays for own utilities and pays $15- per month for water and garbage retrieval. Tenant agrees to abide by involved government regulations. Tenant also agrees to pay Landlord a timely $x per month as rent and to abide by stated consequences in cases of procrastination or non-payment of aforesaid rent. Tenant has also agreed to consequences of eviction and to relinquishment of deposit if conditions (as delineated in the contract) are violated.
