Toyota Motor Corporation, established in 1937, is an automotive company that has grown to become one of the biggest organizations in the world. Toyota designs, manufactures, assembles and retails vehicles in approximately 190 nations and regions across the globe. Toyota Motor Corporation is a multinational corporation with its main center of operations situated in Aichi, Japan. Since its establishment, the corporation had significantly grown and developed to become the largest car manufacturer in the world.
The vision statement of Toyota is:
“Toyota will lead the way to the future of mobility, enriching lives around the world with the safest and most responsible ways of moving people. Through our commitment to quality, constant innovation and respect for the planet, we aim to exceed expectations and be rewarded with a smile. There are different attributes that make Toyota’s vision meaningful. The first part of the vision statement outlines that the corporation purposes to become the future leader in the automotive industry with respect to motor vehicles. Imperatively, a vision statement postulates the expected future position of a particular brand. The second section of the vision statement lays emphasis on the consumers of Toyota Corporation across the globe indicating that their safety is of great concern to the organization.
