It also received a full support from City government which has been working with the developer around the clock to ensure the project is successful. This due to the fact the city of Glendale has been pushing for the demolishing of other premises for its expansion. The City of Glendale received a boost in tourist industry with many people flocking the city. This has been seen by the city government has an opportunity and therefore decided to push the expansion of Americana Mall.

Besides, a leading green energy company that supplies advanced energy storage solutions to the electric utility industry its corporate headquarters and national logistics center is located in Glendale This make the Glendale the energy stable city which could sustain a huge investment like such expansion of Americana Mall.

The mall offers great scenery with the latest model, which make a number of students and the community to come around the mall just to relax. Its pictures and model is accepted by the residence such as splashing water situated in front of the mall, color and design.

Because it has a lovely and comfortable grass for resting, therefore many resident normally visit is at their free time to hug around. There are also many stores to shop at, with a lot of comfort as well as dinning areas. Besides, it normally host night reservation, night clubs and movies theatres. This therefore increases the revenue to the city.
Besides success story about the Americana Mall, there are several shops which closed down immediately after two months of their operation. This was due lack of clients for their products and service.

In conclusion, the Americana Mall is a good investment to the community and the city. But the method in which the people and other premises were demolished received a lot of critics from the community. Because, the residents and other business owners were compelled to sale their premises by the city of Glendale, to the developer of Americana Mall.
