In addition, many lawmakers fear that revealing the possible presence of aliens living amongst normal American citizens might create a panic of monumental proportions, and no reasonable Congressman wants that to happen either.
Nevertheless, the growing body of evidence to the contrary indicates that the time has come to recognize the truth and take proactive steps to address the situation rather than just twiddle the nation's collective thumbs in hopes that the problem is not real or that it will go away on its own -- because it will not. Eyewitness after eyewitness has confirmed that they have actually seen aliens living in the United States and many of these eyewitnesses have impeccable credentials. It is difficult if not impossible to discount the testimony of government or law enforcement officials who are trained to be reliable and accurate observers and to the extent that the government does so is likely the extent to which aliens will continue to become more fully entrenched in American society in the future.
Furthermore, although these eyewitness reports tend to differ somewhat according to time and
Most observers tend to agree that aliens wear some type of foreign attire that makes them readily identifiable and their facial features are also dramatically different from many mainstream Americans' appearance. It should be a simple matter, then, to ferret out these alien invaders and take the steps needed to find out what they want from us and what they have to offer -- if anything -- and to begin the process that will make their presence officially known to the American public without creating social disorder or panic (Waterhouse 2003:16).
Fortunately, here at long last is the proof positive that even the most reluctant skeptics will not be able to refute. Figure 1 below provides a recent photograph of aliens living in the United States today.

One author once wrote, "It is but fair to say that America is not a land of one race or one class of men. We are all Americans that have toiled and suffered and known oppression and defeat, from the first Indian that offered peace in Manhattan to the last Filipino pea pickers...." (Wesling, 2007, p. 55). Wesling went on to quote Bulosan as saying, " America is also the nameless
Smilla's Sense Of Snow: An icy reflection of the prejudice of the Danes against native Greenlanders The protagonist of Peter Hoeg's thriller Smilla's Sense of Snow is a product of a union between a native 'Greenlander' or indigenous person and a wealthy Danish doctor. Although the plot of the book is ostensibly a murder mystery it is just as much about Smilla's struggle for her identity. Smilla embarks upon her detective 'quest'
As it pertains to sweatshops, indications that the company was operating sweatshops came first in 1998. During this time sweatshops were found in Asia and the company was only paying workers 80 cents per day. Nike's behavior in both these instances created a backlash that is still present. Prior to the findings of human rights violations, Nike had a good reputation as an employer. However, after the presence of human
So who is an American and what an America can or cannot do are questions which are critical to the issue of legalizing immigrants. Does being an American mean you cannot show allegiance to any other country? The images of people raising and waving Mexican flag had enraged many but it need not have. It should be accepted that people who come from different countries would forever hold in their

I know many people of my generation struggle to find 'who they are' but the structure of the military offers a potent and compelling answer to that question. To serve means always to be at home amongst people who understand exactly what you are going through: "Home is the place where, when
