What were the US International Relations for the following wars; Vietnam War, Bosnian War and Gulf War?

Need help writing a term paper on the US relations with other country during the following wars; Vietnam War, Bosnian War and Gulf War?

US international relations were relatively open with Vietnam, but soured after 1975. They did not recover to any real degree until the mid-1990s. As for Bosnia and the Gulf War, US international relations were neutral to strained with the countries involved, became exceedingly strained during the war, and have not adequately recovered since that time.
