In my PhD thesis, I conducted an empirical investigation to examine the influence of hotel attributes on overall guest satisfaction. This research built upon the existing body of knowledge in hospitality management by providing a comprehensive analysis of various hotel attributes and their impact on guest satisfaction.
Methodology

This suggests that guests place the highest importance on the cleanliness and comfort of their room, followed by the availability of amenities, the helpfulness of the staff, and the proximity of the hotel to desired attractions.
Implications for Hotel Management
The findings of this research have important implications for hotel management practices. By understanding the key attributes that influence guest satisfaction, hotels can tailor their services and amenities to meet the needs of their target market. Specifically, hotels should focus on:
Maintaining high standards of room cleanliness and comfort
Providing a wide range of facilities and amenities that cater to the needs of guests
Training staff to be friendly, helpful, and efficient
Choosing a convenient location that is close to popular attractions and transportation hubs
By addressing these attributes, hotels can create a positive guest experience that will lead to increased satisfaction and repeat bookings.
