Keep in mind that the quoted phrase or scripture is going to appear out-of-context. For the strongest argument, you are going to want to go to the surrounding scripture and read it as well.
For example, one of the controversies in modern society is whether wearing a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is showing a lack of faith in God. If you search for “illness” in a topical Bible, you will find plenty of Scripture that you could use to support the idea that God is the only protection people need against illness. However, you could also search for scriptural support of God helping those who work for help and also for people helping their neighbors to support an opposing argument.
