Economic tools and concepts in health care?

Having a hard time finding the write references to start the paper. I am to write a 1050-1400 word paper using two or three economic tools and their concepts to evaluate a current issue or situation that exists in today’s health care industry. My biggest challenge is choosing which tools that would be more appropriate for this assignment. Any help would be appreciated, paper due by midnight tonight!
