A company cannot succeed in its TQM implementation until it recognizes the need for a uniform approach and implementation of TQM at all organizational levels.

Despite the relative ease perceived, the actual implementation is a long and tedious process, which means that the managerial team has to maintain its commitment on the long-term. Examples of required commitments include time, efforts, financial resources or patience.
