The deficiencies are not necessarily of software, but arise also from the deficiencies of the teaching methods. In any case, overcoming any shortcoming requires time and repeat experimentation with different batches of students till the method is found to be successful in sending the required knowledge to the students and their being able to reach a certain level of proficiency. Thus the concerned package used should be a platform suitable for the purpose. The platform is called Virtual Indiana Classroom or VIC and the package works on all types of transmission of computer signal transmission - Internet, cable, direct signals, etc.
