And not only is it a problem that has been around for a while it is expanding to include the internet as well. This makes the problem even more accessible at work and thus a more important topic for employers to address. Having a well thought out educational program that is supported by the company's EAP is the best way to hopefully prevent and if necessary deal with any problems that arise.
