Were there any questions that were difficult to answer?
Yes, questions related to certain experiences handling conflict or racial tensions within a group were difficult. It appears that many companies are much more cognizant of gender and racial biases within the work setting. As a result, their questions are designed to see how potential candidates can handle conflict resolution within a higher pressure environment.
