Additionally, at the first, second and fourth levels of management, no changes are incurred. Still, at the third level of management, an important change is introduced in the meaning that a new manager is created -- the Technical Manager. At a more specific level, it is necessary for the company to integrate more technological developments in its production processes. Such a measure would generate initial costs, but would generate benefits within the long-term, as it would increase the production volumes, reduce costs with the personnel and create operational efficiencies.

The enforcement of an organizational culture focused on innovation and change

The continued emphasis on efficiency
