Quote Request Lawn Markers Other

Request for Quote Our company currently has a need for lawn marker signs to be used when pesticides are being applied to residences. The signs must be for outdoor use and will be placed on or around the area where the pesticides are being applied. They must be able to remain in place for 24 hours. We would like to invite you to submit a quote for signs according to the following requirements.

Requirements:

The term of the quote will be for a one-year blanket order agreement. The winning bidder will agree to have lawn markers ready for delivery within 10 days of the receipt of an order by our company. The orders will be on an as-needed basis for the duration of the contract period. Each order will require delivery of the requested number of signs to 140 shops, each with its own ship to location.

The requirements for the signs are as follows:

1. Must be able to be placed at least 12 inches above the ground and clearly visible to anyone adjacent to the property
2. Must be a minimum of 4 inches by 5 inches in size
3. Must meet the requirements of NY-CRR 325.40 (f) (1-5)
4. Must be yellow with black...

5. Must contain the following wording, \\\"PEST APPLICATION,\\\" \\\"PESTICIDE TREATMENT,\\\" or \\\"PESTICIDES APPLIED\\\"; the phrase \\\"DO NOT ENTER\\\"; and the phrase \\\"DO NOT REMOVE SIGN FOR 24 HOURS\\\"
6. Must contain a prominent visual warning symbol, at least 1.5 inches in diameter, such as person walking a dog with a slash through the symbol or a stern face with outward facing raised open hand.
7. Must have the name and telephone number of the applicator business. Any other text and/or images must be placed on the back of the marker
8. Must be able to be reused and must have a place where the date and time can be changed on the marker
9. Any writing markers used to change the date and time must not run on the material and must remain legible, even in inclement weather
10. Stakes must have flat or round edges that could not potentially cause harm to any person. We are open to other solutions that would securely affix the signs for the required amount of time that represent a safe solution. Please send a detailed description and sample…
