Psychodynamic Approach The Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire was absorbing to fill, but the scoring showed that the self-awareness and internalized moral perspective scores were a high of 16. The questions were direct, but some were confusing and demanded one to reflect more closely on one's leadership styles. From the above description of the scores obtained from the questionnaire, it is evident that in agreement with Carl Jung's four dimensions of personality, I am more of an extrovert and thinker. I tend to derive energy from the external environment, and rational when it comes to making decisions. I consider myself as a sound sensor; this has helped me come out of stressful situations in company problems. For the judgemental and perceptive personality, I am either of both because my scores are 4 and three respectively. It shows that I can either be any of them. It looks like my preference goes both ways of living in an organization or in a way that is spontaneous. Under Sigmund Freud, I am more of a productive type of leader. Therefore, the psychodynamic approach survey elaborates that I am more of an ESFP because my values are more concerned with values such as realism and cooperation.
