This website will also maintain a log for the management to review the nature and reactions of traffic on the website. In order to attract more traffic, user will be given the opportunity to view results as he/she wants. This will really create a huge difference between the hotel and its competitors. The enhanced version will be so much user-friendly that the user will have the opportunity to view results as he/she requires.
Some Light on Project Risks
Although it is expected that the enhancement of website will bring a really very positive change for the company, but the hesitation of management for this enhancement of website can result in cancellation of this project.
There are certain budget restrictions as well. The budget for this project of website enhancement will be shared from the existing marketing budget, this might result in improper budget allocation due to lack of expense control at marketing team's end.
This project requires very high caliber technical expertise which is unavailable in the current market scenario. This might result in delayed launch of the new website version.
Budget for the project is $900,000. This amount is not enough for such a comprehensive website. There is a fear that a second-rate web site can be developed, which will waive-off all the project objectives.
