We have to design a schoolhouse that can facilitate 120 people at a time. For this purpose Professional Military Education contact Mr. Thompson to do preliminary research to fulfill the requirements and according to him enough square footage is require to make a complete renovation. The organization I chose is the Professional Military Education Center (EPME). By comparison, this would be considered small company whose purpose is to train enlisted Air Force members to become combat leader and first line managers. I have been working here for about 3 years as the Director of Education. Along with me is the commandant, Chief Murphy, who has been in charge for about 4 years. Next, there are 2 resource advisors, MSgt Copple and TSgt Bolden. Finally, the rest of the staff is made up of 10 instructors, all Tech Sergeants, with various specialties. Everyone is fully qualified to teach the PME curriculum regardless of their position and all of them have a good understanding of the requirements. The classes typically have 14 to 16 students and run every 6 weeks with 1 week off to prepare and transition to the next class. Finally, the civil engineer squadron supported us with Mr. Ben Thompson who had a background in drafting and contract management. Now that we have a better understanding of who is involved, let's talk about the conditions that were causing some of the problems.If we generally see the steps involved in a successful project are:

The objective of schoolhouse project is based on a set of concrete and realistic objectives.

It is based on teamwork, the time management of project planning should be accurate and the coherence of plan should be linked in such a way that it is effective for students.

We can say that schoolhouse design project is a communication tool as it reflects the exchange of education and services of Air Force members.

According to the background of this study, among the main challenges are to provide an effective school building renovation program, by providing effective and learning environment to the students.
From the economic side, you have to redirect funds, in the legal part, which is the review of the Teaching Profession Act and the General Law of Education, and the technique, which is the viability. Added to the challenges the review of roles and profiles key players, review of additional time bonus for the schoolhouse, the use of information in investment decisions and make the initiative into a national project (Hansen, 2008).

The EPME has estimated that half of schools under the project will nuclearization, which requires in its pilot phase $10.8 million, of which $7.8 billion for infrastructure.

In sum, the larger the space, with a little over $5 million, of these, $3.7 billion for infrastructure and $722.200 for food, the two items to allocate more funding.

Part 3: Project Control

The schoolhouse currently occupies a 1950s era warehouse building on the AFB. There are 7 classrooms, 7 offices, 2 bathrooms, 1 auditorium, 1 break room, 1 snack bar, and 1 storage room. The building has gone under several partial renovations that, over time, created more issues than they solved. In this project we plan to accommodate over 120 people when class is in session.
