Teams of law enforcement could work together with community members and juvenile as well as adult probation officers in order to maintain the integrity and well being of the community at large. Police agents and other law enforcement officials should work at gaining support for their initiatives at community meetings and other public gatherings where the turn out of community members is likely to be large.
