Differences affecting the student's educational experiences would be hard to say. Actually, it would depend on the student and what they are trying to get out of their college life. It is possible with Harvard written on one application and Salem State University written on the other that employees could grab towards that brand.
As far as the differences effecting faculty experiences, probably would not be that much of an issue particularly at Harvard University. Harvard is considered more high-tech and more advanced in technology and academics when compared with Salem State University.
