Also, there have been cases of people having a life that they have only dreamed of in the past because they have experienced considerable weight losses. Obesity is surpassed only by smoking when considering the main cause of death worldwide. One of the most disastrous diseases that overweight can lead to is diabetes. Overweight problems are certainly underestimated, with people believing that there is nothing wrong with a few extra pounds. In reality, overweight has terrible consequences on the human body. Among numerous other diseases, overweight people face the risk of developing various forms of cancer. All in all, overweight can lead to a lot of life-threatening affections, and, among the only methods of preventing them, would be to start paying interest to what the nutritionist has to say. This is not necessarily wrong, but what is wrong is that they encounter much more resistance when fighting overweight if they want to be slim just because of their looks. For one to have better success in losing weight, they would have to fully understand the disease and the risks that it brings.
Eating healthy today seems to be impossible, with junk food being present in almost every store, while healthy food is harder to find and more expensive.

Any reason is good enough to lose fat, even if only involves one willing him or herself to look better for those around them. Certain basic activities might seem much more difficult to perform to an obese person than to a normal one. Going to the swimming pool or wearing high-fashion clothes are things that obese persons can only dream of. (Linda Hamilton)
