Organizational Behavior Does Your Organization Term Paper

The organizational trend overall towards globalization in the infrastructure of all companies have resulted in my company's rapidly expanding its overseas connections. My organization is constantly changing how employees handle overseas client's information. The information comes mainly from doctors from foreign lands, so the company is constantly striving to better accommodate the increasingly diverse array of languages involved in company transactions.

The greater ubiquity of technology in the workplace has certainly impacted my organization's behavior as well. A computerized system is being constructed to aid in translating foreign medical documents such as diplomas, transcripts and other confidential information. This process is time consuming. But now, technology will consolidate and speed up the time-consuming demands globalization has posed. It is gratifying to see the speed technology at my organization can keep apace with the worldwide organizational trends of globalization and also speed the credentials verification process of oversea doctors during the application process.
