Marketing A Catch Phrase As A Business Strategy Essay

Small Business Plan: Bidet in a Day

Introduction

My small business idea is for a fast-moving plumbing and installation company called Bidet in a Day. This company will specialize in the installation of bidets for a niche but growing market in the local community with the possibility of scaling nationally as a franchise if successful as a small business at the local level. The unique selling proposition (USP) is based on the novelty of the name and the service provided. But will it work as a business? This plan provides a company description and SWOT analysis to show why this company can both work and thrive in the local community.

Company Description

Bidet in a Day is not just a business name; it is a promise. The inspiration behind this name stems from our USP - our commitment to installing a bidet within a mere 24 hours of an order being placed. This name was deliberately chosen for its catchiness and its direct reflection of our core service offering. It is also memorable and instantly gives potential customers an idea of what we do. The very novelty of the name and the business could easily implant within a consumers mind the thought of getting a bidet where no such thought existed before. The name has both marketing power and the potential to convert people into customers just by hearing the name.

In today's digital age, an online presence is also helpful, however. To this end, we have conducted thorough research and are pleased to announce that the domain "BidetInADay.com" is available. Securing this domain will be a first step in our digital marketing strategy, so that customers can easily find and contact us. Still, at the heart of our business, of course, is our service: the rapid and efficient...

…I bring to the table strong networking skills and a good understanding of our target market. I also have a background in the home improvement and service sectors, as I hail from a long line of family men in this area. These will be strengths in pursuing this business. Still, I might need support, particularly in digital marketing and scaling operations in the long run.

Conclusion

As with any business venture, the key lies in using strengths, addressing weaknesses head-on, grasping hold of opportunities, and being prepared for threats. With a good understanding of the market and a good commitment to delivering service, Bidet in a Day has the potential to set new bars in the home improvement sector. We want to be receptive to feedback, however, and prioritize the needs of our customers. The future should be bright, and with the right strategy in place, this business should leave…
