Final Project Overview
Overall, the project has been a success. Despite a few mishaps and lessons learned, the venue was a hit and the budget was satisfactory enough to pull off a great marketing campaign for the event and the brand. With the whole team working together, it was a successful event.
Still, there were some clear issues that could have been worked out better before the event took place. For one, the choices of the venue was sufficient, but could have been more cost effective and have provided a more pleasurable ambiance for the event. The venue that was chosen for the event was at the South Australian Maritime Museum. This venue offered a great location, close to modern development and amenities. Yet, in hindsight, the Greenway Art Gallery might have been a better choice. The South Australian Maritime Museum was the costlier of the two choices.
