Introduction:

The loan associations work on different grounds as compared with commercial bank loans. The commercial and saving bank loans and financing options are usually provided by the financial service providers are more focused to provide funds for business venture. The loan's security is also devised based on credit cards, business performance, and the likelihood of growth potential. However, the loan associations and building loans are more concerned about promoting land and building ownerships. The residential mortgage lending is one of the most popular forms of loan associations. The loan associations are generally owned by the federal or state government chartered. The loan associations are especially in operations and cater a centrally focused stream of findings. The saving deposits are collected from the customers and utilized for investment in residential mortgage loans. The flexibility and authority strategic of control is also present with the customers e.g. borrowers and depositors. The most significant control is about the business goals of the association (Dexter, 2009)

The regular repayment method was adopted using share accumulation and sinking-fund. The members of the association also formed a bond with each other incurring lower costs. The formation of credit unions and thrift deposit institutions also diversified the forms of association loans. The demutualization of loan societies began in United States, and it is also recognized across Australia, South Africa, Japan, and United Kingdom. In these countries the conversion of mutual savings, loan associations, and mutual savings banks into stock organizations is seen. Moreover the market factors also influenced the loan associations and resulted into a transformation for being at par with the financial institutions (Caprio Jr., & Vittas, 2007). The present state of loan associations is almost same as the commercial banks denoted as saving banks. The changes in U.S. laws and regulations have provided the loan associations and credit unions to provide a similar service to their customers (Griffin, 2010).

Research problem:

The developing countries are facing challenges with various issues including education, healthcare, residential homes, and other community problems. The large and scattered communities living in remote areas are also unaware of the long-standing techniques to help achieve community betterment. The federal and local governments also have minimal resources to fund such initiatives. Therefore, it is necessary to improve government backed programs to rectify these issues. The locally operating mutual loan associations can be explored as options to help to eliminate these issues create local communities of developing countries. The degree to which the local community based and government backed loan associations can be helpful is needs evaluation.

Technology is also one of the enablers in numerous poverty elimination initiatives. It is also noted that use of internet and mobile phones is helping in creating awareness. The IT and communication technology options in different countries should be examined to present a viable solution. There is availability of academic and professional literature to provide empirical evidence of such initiatives. In order to, understand the applicability a thorough research is needed. The applicability of these studies with respect to generalizability is also an important factor.

Research questions:

The questions defined below are focused to develop research objectives. These questions will also facilitate in developing research design and methodology. The research methodology and design creates an impact on the final study outcomes and applicability.

1. What role can loan associations play in the elimination of poverty in rural areas of developing countries?

2. What is the extent to which available resources can be used to create an efficient support system?

3. Can the use of technology create awareness regarding the role of associations in most of the less educated communities in developing countries?

4. What impact development of loan local associations can create on local communities in developing countries?

5. What are the most influential factors for developing and sustaining local loan associations?

Envisioned research Methodology and Design:

The envisioned research methodology is developed considering the qualitative research design. The qualitative research design will enable the research to consider the already available literature in academic and professional paradigms. The envisioned methodology will be based on envisioned philosophy defining knowledge development and basic...

Available philosophies are positivist, objectivist, realist and others. The positivist research philosophy is selected for the envisioned research methodology. It provides truth about events with logical observations and qualitative interviewing. It is further elaborated in the related section.
Research Methodology:

The envisioned approach elaborates the manner in which the research objectives are considered. The available approaches are deductive and inductive. Deductive uses a top down approach with observations used to design a survey and then form conclusions. The concept about the research environed research design differentiating deductive and inductive design is also elaborated in forth coming sections. The envisioned research method based on qualitative paradigm will enable to find social behavior by using secondary data, surveys, open ended focus group questions and interviews. Responses are analyzed by adopting a contextual analysis approach for the current study's envisioned research methodology. It will further help in understating the related factors that can impact the overall results.

The envisioned research design also covers data collection, evaluating and defining the research population. Furthermore, it also assesses the method underlying in conducting the actual research. The availability of two well understood methods are primary and secondary data collection. The importance of both methods is valued. However, the present envisioned methodology rests mainly on secondary data collection. The primary data from focus group will also be collected and utilized in the work. The data collected from primary sources will be presented in accordance with the ethical constraints of the envisioned methodology.

The envisioned research methodology allows respondents to provide their own views about the research questions. Majority views and responses indicate the group thinking. It is also beneficial for the study with respect to first hand information and views of the participants. The open ended question asked during the focus group meetings provides a detailed insight of the thoughts and opinions about the research problems. These overview of questions and minutes of the meetings of focus group will also be presented in the form of Annex. The annex instrument will be administered and the focus group discussion and responses will be analyzed.

Methodologies Considered:

Following methods of research were considered while developing an envisioned approach for research design. All these methods are explained with respect to the core techniques adopted during studies while taking these approaches. The advantages and disadvantages of these methodologies' are also presented.

Quantitative Methods:

Quantitative techniques focus on data that is measurable with respect to the numeric values. Statistical tools are also used for data analysis and scientific assessment of numeric values. The methods used are discussed in detail with respect to quantitative research:

Correlation:

Correlation study process is used when a researcher wants to study the level of association between independent and dependent variables. The level of integration is mostly indicated through positive correlation. The negative correlation has also indicates least interchangeability among independent and dependent variables.

Experimental Study:

The experimental study is regarded as one of the significant mechanisms of data collection as the data produced by this process has an increased validity. There are several considerations that the researcher studies poses cause and effect relationship. The independent and dependent variables play an influential role in controlled environment. The research scullers also manipulate and change the independent and dependent variables make this research process a valid source of data collection.

Qualitative Methods:

A qualitative design is more aligned with the ordinary interpretation of the available literature. The individuals are more likely to understand the most related meaning in their own perspective. The subjective data is usually taken into consideration in this type of research. . The detailed responses of the research participants are also considered. The general methods used in qualitative research are as following.

Descriptive Research Methods:

Descriptive study methods had used collections of data through observations. The future of the events and experimentation is predicted through occurrence. The research gathers a firsthand observation and as a result assembles the results through analysis. The patterns and behavioral features are highlighted in the research based on qualitative descriptive research. However, it is required to have similarities in the events.

Interviewing:

The qualitative approach also includes interview that require detailed study of the subjective information. It is given by the interview participant based on one to one interview conducted by the researcher.

Focus Group:

The focus group is also a formulated process allowing the researcher to interact with a group of people. During the interaction interviewer obtains information about the group's opinion, beliefs and attitudes concerning the particular area of research.

Mixed Method:

Mixed design research is an integrated method of study. It utilizes a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The mixed method of research is highlighted in Creswell &, Clark (2010).

Research design delivers a road-map for stipulating procedural steps to be taken for…

Although the research tools provided by the ISO 14001 framework are both qualitative and quantitative, this approach is consistent with the guidance provided by Neuman (2003) who points out that, "Both qualitative and quantitative research use several specific research techniques (e.g., survey, interview, and historical analysis), yet there is much overlap between the type of data and the style of research. Most qualitative-style researchers examine qualitative data and vice

While it was generally agreed that the increase in prices was due mainly to an insufficient offer as the stock house was limited, opinions have also been forwarded according to which the buy-to-let purchases have contributed to the inflation of the house prices (Property Mark). The debate concerning the reasons for the massive price increases for residential properties (materialized mostly between 1996 and 2005) is however still ongoing. On the
