Apple Company is mainly concerned with designing and production of phones, mostly the recent iPhone 5 that came after the iPhone 4S. iPhone 5 has capitalized the market over the last few weeks. With its main characteristics of lightness, slimness, and with higher resolution, it has attracted several consumers in the market. As a result, many individuals have preferred using this product in the market. iPhone 5 is a 4-inch touch-screen phone with a 16:9 wideness of the screen aspect ratio. The phone is known for its processor, which is custom-designed ARMv7 and is called Apple A6. This processor is a simple upgrade of the last iOS 6 processor, which is supported by LTE (McFedries, 2012).

Over the last seven weeks, Apple Company has been at the periphery of introducing this product in the market. The company established pre-orders about four months ago before taking this procedure. Within a period of twenty-four hours, the company had sold close to two million products in the market. Initially, there was a higher demand for iPhone 5 products than the company had first planned for it. Over the last period of seven weeks, iPhone 5 product had the highest demand in the market. This gave its new name or description as an "extraordinary" phone in the world. During this time, the pre-orders had sold almost twenty times as they had initially planned for it. This made history since no product has ever attracted such a huge purchase in the market. Within these seven weeks, Apple Company has sold iPhone 5 products all over the globe. Most sales have been registered in almost every continent in the world. iPhone 5 has a variance of applications, which attracted such immense purchase in the market.

The reception of the product in the market has been positive since it was first introduced. From the latest reports and data from the product users, the maps application within the product is said to contain a number of errors. These errors were serious because the product suddenly encountered negative growth in sales. The products also have a number of hardware devices, which are reported to be with failures. Consumers and viewers have passed and criticized the product with claims that the material, which has been used to coat the product, is prone to wear and tear. These claims have been extended by the articulation that even the iPhone 5 Company is aware of the problem yet with little or nothing being done to the products, which have already been sold. Chipping has been reported among many users and observers of the products. Further claims have suggested that in the product, a leak around the bezel at the top of the display with white models exists. Moreover, further claims state that there are cases of incompatibilities with some LTE networks although this is the first product to support LTE (Chambers, 2012).
From these mechanistic malfunctions within the product, the Apple Company has undertaken varied approaches to respond to every challenge facing its products. Some the corrective measures including the handling of mistakes and recurring problems in products that have not been manufactured or which the company manufactures (Pogue, 2012). On the side of consumers and onlookers of the products, purchases are still rampant in the market like the last week where the company has registered more than half a million products.
