For the first point, in which it is explicated what impulsiveness is, there can be no additional evidence be obtainable but each man's individual experience, by manifestation on himself, and recalling what he worn in his psyche, that is, what he himself meant when he said a deed is impulsive, a man planned; such is his strength of character, that driving force or that deed is liberated. Currently he that reflected so on himself, cannot but be pleased, that consideration is the concern of the good and wicked sequel of a deed to approach; that by impulsiveness is hopeless unkind action, moreover nonentity is preordained by it; that motivation is the final deed of our reflection; that a free mediator is that can execute if he will, that liberty is the dearth of exterior obstructions.
