Future Prevention

In the event the allegations are true, Alumna will determine what factors were responsible and what measures are appropriate as consequences to the departments and/or specific personnel involved. That analysis will include both a chain-of-command and an operational review. A comprehensive forensic procedural, operational, and chain-of-command compliance audit will be conducted. On the basis of the compliance audit findings, mechanisms will be immediately instituted (in conjunction with any recommended by regulatory authorities) to provide the accountability and assurance necessary to prevent any future recurrence of regulatory non-compliance.
