S. health care system, although it is the heavily financed and sponsored by different public and private agencies, therefore it is believed that the adoption of the similar system in the state of America will not only degrade the health and medical services to the local population, but will narrow the spectrum and reach of services (Bitler, 2007). The proposed legislation is aimed at development of the strong public health care system, but unfortunately the past trend suggested that the public health care system is to be considered extremely fragile, and is not potent enough toe cater for the needs of the large population, therefore the private partnership has to be promoted, and provided with ample opportunities towards growth and expansion of their services (Charles, 2007).
