Learning As A Way Of Term Paper

If this can be determined, it is another lesson worth having. This is true of the student that is just learning about business, and true of the established businessperson. Unlike that student learner, the businessperson that has already been working in the world for a while will be much harder to teach. Once someone has gotten used to doing something a particular way, it becomes more difficult to change that person's behavior. However, those that lead others in business, such as human resource personnel, can take many of the suggestions in Vaill's book and use them to show others in their company how they can change only small things and still be more self-directed learners.

As they become more self-directed, their desire for knowledge will rise and they will begin to try to learn...

This desire for knowledge without being forced to learn something is the first step toward learning as a way of being, and it is the first step on a long road toward total learning, where the person is immersed in some type of learning virtually all of the time. When one learns to do this, society and business are no longer difficult to master, because the things that one needs to know are already there. The person who's mind is totally open to these ideas will have no trouble intuitively picking up what he or she needs to know to succeed, both in personal relationships and in business as well.
