Leadership Style In Community-Based Healthcare Essay

They will need others to contemplate on some issues as well as complete the required tasks. Therefore, an ENTJ leader will need to accompany a team as expected. That is to say, that a team player should remain incorporated in the leadership processes, if this is a necessary component that will enable completion of the set task. Here, one will establish that the leadership associations remain a two-way corporation/correspondence to enhance personal freedom. In addition, the development of the policies in for instance the community healthcare provision, will have established structures that allow effective coordination of activities involved such that implementation of the appropriate strategies are done as expected (Sperry, 2002). Still in as the working as a team is concerned, organizations structure that concern making decisions, and essential detailed examination of the elements of the structure to answer the arising questions are vital considerations. Moreover, bringing together the necessary strengths to motivate others so that they become part of the process because the combining reasoning and external skillful criticism of any decisions put forward, plots, and information are key components of a teamwork oriented of leadership. This discussion leads to another important feature of teamwork style. This is the style that a leader or to be specific an ENTJ personality leader uses as a determining factor of the leadership performance especially for the general practitioners. Therefore, a teamwork style will involves a leader being able to organize and orient others/followers to achieve the set targets. These leaders should also be able to be in a position to achieve and act on their responsibilities without compromise because they have to representatively control of all undertakings with focused motives to stay within the set time limits, fulfill the required demands such that they at the end achieve their goals.

In the relationships that establish themselves in the whole system of leaderships and managements, there are certain situations that can remain tricky to the leaders. This is to say that there are latent situations or conditions that have unseen circumstances. For instance, in the expected two-way correspondence/communication between the leader and his followers, some leaders may fail to express warm approval or admirations or even pass necessary information that others may need hence failing to notice their contributing factors or rights in the entire process of achieving a certain goal. A leader who will find him/her self quickly concluding situations without consideration of other people's views, or fail to remain accountable for their obligations, then they should be concerned as these are some of the unseen and unfortunate circumstances that erupt in leaderships. In addition, a leader should be alert enough to avoid taking hurried decision that may require rapid actions because of relentless eager coupled by dictatorship (Sperry, 2002). If leaders happen to be part of this, then, they might fail to identify the facts that any activity or task has their limits and thus if these conditions are violated then, the entire process becomes affected consequently leading to failure to achieve the expected goals.

Apart from the unforeseen and unfortunate black spots that may crop up in leadership, it is fundamental to bear in mind the contributions and expectation of other team players so that collectively the intended goal remains a reality. Thus, helping the other team players to attain success also determine to ultimate success of the whole system. To do this, team players should have the permission to have self-freedom and non-dependency. They should have the opportunity to identify relevant accomplishments and abilities that they consider as so from other people as well as present correctly reasoned factors that remain fundamental to the required procedures and finally have the opportunity to be at peace to set up long-term goals (Berens, 2001, p. 23).

Being in leadership, it calls for extraneous use of resources, both personal and non-personal. On an individual perspective, a leader especially the one with an ENTJ personality will end up stressed up in the quest to marshal up necessary parties and requirements that enable achievement of the long-term strategies. Whenever the expected results or a part of the entire process fails to perform as expected, then a leader will end up in a stressed situation. From the enormous constraining influence, leaders' talent or special aptitude to undertake many obligations ends up being over exploited causing even extra loads to the leader him/herself as well as others. At many times, many leaders will fail to recognize how their own characters influence others who are under their leadership. Therefore, understanding the best way to deal with stress in leadership determines the...

If at any one incident, certain situations that can cause stress are recognized, other people for instance will or may fail to understand the leaders' unfortunate circumstances and ends up carrying the whole burden of lack of requires skills of leadership. Such a situation will fuel failure because the leader ends up being in an undecided state of own capability hence guilty (Sperry, 2002). When this happens, then a leader will fail to manage, time, financial and workforce resources and the eventual consequence is failure to accomplish the expected goals. When failure becomes evident to the face of a leader, it can trigger uncertain behaviors such as dictatorship and urgency of claims and because of the prior nature of being a leader, then one can very quickly and effectively get frustrated by his/her incompetency.
Stress being a white elephant in leadership, the ENTJ leaders should find the better methods to establish and manage stress. From the leaders' expectations, they are to demonstrate the known facts through meditation, strategic figurative illustrations, and assertiveness. This leader also has to prioritize physical activities for better physical health. In addition, the leader should find necessary helpful information from relevant conferences and print media because all this help one to acquire the skills that allow the leader to have realistic limits of any activity. As one learns, it helps the leader to gather all resources in a common goal of success. For instance, if a leader wants to know how better to utilize any talents at their disposal, taking leaning as any other normal activity they undertake, will allow one to establish appropriate relations that work in this endeavor (Sperry, 2002, p. 44). Driven by the urge to be more capable, leaning becomes easy and one ends up benefiting accordingly and hence the ability to harmonize success and failure. The utilization of the talent through learning enables a leader to efficiently work in harmony to accomplish various tasks later and even in the learning process and this allows a leader to figure out and have fun of the unconscious understanding that help distinguish the important things to learn.

Because some leaders, if not all, want to become professionals in the field, they will need to master their career such that they are able to enact necessary and positive changes that concern their career and find the best environments that help achieve their goals. To understand how best the leader need to establish the best relations and structures to achieve goals where energy, inventiveness and the urge to succeed remains credentials on this field of leadership. Thus, a leader should challenge them through obtaining relevant and adequate information that help in making precise decisions (Berens, 2001, p. 23).

In conclusion, to find the appropriate leadership style in a field, leadership skills and competences/qualities are integrative key factors in leadership and they should be in harmony to succeed. These skills range from technical or analytical skills, relation skills, strategic skills, financial and personal as well as self-development skills. The leadership skills qualities range from technical or analytical skills that incorporate mastering the relevant skills that make of the job position, time and prioritizing tasks, problem solving and judgments, project managing, track of achievement and learning to development efforts. The relationship skills help in communication, teamwork functionality, variety, and motivation, problem/hostility resolving and tutoring. On their part, strategic skills help to visualize and set up realistic strategies that are to possible to implement, manage and maneuver whenever need arises while financial skills help to master and accurately budget available resources and help monitor the financial and human resources at disposal. This is possible through use of relevant information that helps in decision and managing decisions and is achievable through learning. Finally, the personal approach constitutes another fundamental skill in helping to manage a leader's stress and way of life. In addition, it helps to balance private and career lives such that no conflicts arise between the two and most importantly assist to develop personal goals that mould the career structure of the individual hence success if positive and failure if negative. Therefore, these skills and qualities of leadership will determine whether the style applied is successful or not in community-based healthcare for general practitioners.
