Sixth, his service commitment is exceptional, as he has been known to work with many customers to solve problems and help them get to their goals as hospitals and healthcare providers. Bruce Marlow also has the ability to create a culture of trust and transparency has a direct impact on the long-term performance of teams, which is another core attribute of transformational leadership (Fitzgerald, Schutte, 2010).

Influence on Personal Leadership Style

In observing the leadership attributes and traits of Mr. Marlow, it became apparent to me just powerful the ten attributes of effective leaders as defined by the Baptists...

As every leader will approach these values and attributes differently given their background, perceptual bias and focus on strategies, Mr. Marlow is highly capable at balancing concern for the individual with the need to achieve significant results quickly at 21st Century Insurance. This focus on a very high respect for people and the need to create a highly collaborative and communicate environment has made a major impact on my own personal leadership style. Finally I have seen from observing Mr. Marlow how best to manage on a situational basis as well, enduring teams know exactly how their contributions fit into the broader scope of work while also providing guidance for each situation and showing how it relates to the overall performance of the firm (Mindtools, 2012).
