This is to be expected as any director-level role will have the highest salary, as these are senior management positions with a correspondingly higher level of authority and responsibility as well. Yes, each has a significantly different percentage of base salary for their bonuses, with the more junior positions receiving 5% or less of their total compensation from this source of compensation. As is the case with salaries, the more responsibility and requirements on a person, the higher the potential for bonuses. Across all four positions the highest bonus was for the Human Resources Director with $18,000 paid. The lowest was for the Financial Analyst I, an intro-level position with less than a $1,000 bonus. While the Product Manager position has a high base salary of $100,000 its bonus is just $5,000.
