Over the last several years, the workplace has been continually evolving. This is because there are different age groups and demographics. These shifts are forcing employers to utilize numerous strategies in order to improve motivation and performance. In many case, the personality of the individual will have an influence in determining their success. (Cherry 2013) (Bass 2006) To fully understand they way this occurs requires carefully examining how these variables are interconnected.
