This allowed the other team members to fulfill their roles equally well. As a team, we were successful. I feel that if the team is successful, that the team members have done their job. For me, success is not just about doing my job well but ensuring that the other team members do their jobs well also. Through this process, I realized that I am not just an excellent organization, but a motivator as well. The operation was not without its difficulties and I am proud to say that I played a major role in overcoming the worst difficulties, through finding different ways to drive performance from some of the team members. I realized that I could make my team better as a result of this experience, and I hope to put this into practice at your organization as well.
