Roanoke Branch Issues
The Roanoke branch office has been experiencing recent issues with both customer satisfaction and employee productivity and morale. Four clients have complained about our advertising work. Two top management people have left the agency and a number of graphic designers and copywriters are threatening to quit. Further, salaried employees are upset with the amount of overtime they have had to work without notice or compensation for the additional hours. Employee dissatisfaction may be contributing to the customer complaints that are negatively impacting the bottom line of our business.
We need to take immediate action to ensure the satisfaction of our valued clients and employees that is so critical to our company's success. Jane Dresser should evaluate the art director's critique of work by the graphics designers and copywriters. Moe Frands needs to make sure that new accounts comply with our business policies for taking on new work. Sasha Larr needs to assess the appropriateness of our level of staffing for our current and anticipated future project workload. I will take the lead on investigating the overtime issue as well as making sure that our employees know that we are taking their concerns seriously and are currently working on solutions to address their issues.
Please send a report of your findings and suggested solutions to my office by the close of business day on September 13. After I have reviewed your reports, I will discuss the situation with the executive management team and expect to communicate an action plan to the team shortly thereafter. Thank you for your contributions to help restore customer and employee satisfaction.

Since the psycho-social developmental theories of Erikson coincide with the career development research by Stone and Gottfredson,
It is a valuable resource, and one that I will visit more than once. Finally, there were some areas of this site that were extremely valuable, and others that were not. Some areas were still
