Internet is meant to be used by everyone because every individual is an equal recipient to the advantages the modern technology offers and also of the products and processes which surface from its utilization. The use and advantages that the Internet provides must not in any way be limited to the corporate, government and bureaucratic factions of the society but should be allowed to stream to all fragments of the population without restraint..
