International Cultural Differences Over The Methodology Chapter

This is the point that we can offer specific insights that will help corporations to establish training programs and procedures for addressing these issues. Once this happens, is when we can provide strategies that will reduce conflict and improve productivity. What the Proposed Design will accomplish?

The proposed design will be able to determine what specific attributes must be used by corporations to deal with the various cultural differences inside their operations around the world. This will help executives in creating policies and procedures that will allow managers / employees to improve communication. Once this occurs, is when corporations will have a general outline that they can utilize when establishing operations in different areas.
At the same time, they can be able to apply these elements to: various environments, study the culture and augment them with their own strategy. This is the point that they will be able to reduce conflict and create a working standard that everyone can be able to follow on a regular basis. Over the course of time, this will help a corporation to be able to effectively implement these various procedures with one another. As a result, the proposed design will accomplish the goals of the study by: identifying precise factors that businesses can use when establishing operations in different regions of the world. The best way to achieve these objectives is to look at specific tactics that are successful and then compare them with responses from executives in different locations. This is when we will be able to see what techniques are most valuable and how they should be utilized.
