If workers feel as if they know what is expected of them and are provided with the right resources in order to do their jobs the organization will have a good culture in which to thrive. If an organization has a good culture the organizational behavior will fall into place and it will achieve the effectiveness and efficiency for which it strives. There must also always be an continues learning environment happening so that the employees all feel as if they are up-to-date on what is going on within the industry. This component is so very important in the health care environment since it is ever changing.
