Governance Management And Strategies For Success Capstone Project

Strategic Plan for Diode Company Diode Company is a non-profit making organization whose main mission is to help the people living with disabilities within the society work conductively at their place of work. The welfare group was started as a smallholder group to help benefit a small section of the then society but has now grown to such big level that people now respect it and has consequently attracted the leadership of the entire corporate arena. Having grown to such big level as can be seen in the capacity it hands, it is a fact that there is a need to plan its continuous growth strategically. The future of the organization is centered on helping people live according to the wishes and dreams of all those who live by it. Therefore, a strategic plan on how to grow it to cover the many areas of interest has become necessary. In fact, everyone interested in meeting the objective demands of the organization can do so by participating in the formulation of the strategic plan. This paper is about the strategic plan on how to revive and build the organization to a greater height.

SWOT Analysis

As an element of prosperity in the organization, it is important to build a network that revolves around the creation of an environment where people can understand the importance of conducting research and appreciating effort. As noted in the case of people who are focused on bringing better results to the main domain of leadership, a SWOT analysis seeks to highlight the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that an organization faces. They play a role in creating an environment where the consultative approach to issues is encouraged. This helps reduce any cases of failed leadership that may result from it.

Strengths

Some strength arises from the fact that the leadership of the organization desires to help an important group in the society. The disadvantaged members of the society are many, and their plight is genuine. In essence, their place in the society is guided by a systemic believe that they all subscribe to a faith and a commitment to better where they are. Having known the place where they are and what they need, it is the expectation of those in leadership to ensure that everyone who is needed in the workplace has the good working environment. It is in this quest to be right with the authorities that the leadership of any organization will dispense money to be used in the process of growing them. As seen from the growing levels of concern relating to the leadership structure, there is merit in the way things are done (Brightman & Edgar, 2005). The fact that the objectives of the group are genuinely popular serves strength to the cause. Therefore, the management of an organization must work towards growing this group to the desired height.

Weaknesses

As a non-profit making organization, finances can be a problem to its cause. This is because its sources of finances are not guaranteed as most people always handle this issue with least seriousness as they would handle a business-oriented entity. The government is expected to spearhead efforts for the funding of the organization and as such will be expected to contribute as well as rally the rest of the sponsors to do it. However, this hardly happens, as the people are always interested in building networks that bind them to meet the objectives of the organization. It can be a challenge handling all the welfare needs of the physically challenged at the workplace with limited finances. All the efforts that must be handled must emanate from a circumstance that carries some sustainable flow of events. Looking at the way the leaders of most non-profit making organizations strain to bring results to the table amidst financial challenges makes the work difficult. It is important for everyone to get the required help so that the desired success can be realized in the quest for improvement. Therefore, the presence of financial barriers is a setback to a smooth realization of goals. The more the leadership is embroiled in squabbles about its leadership, the worst the outcome gets for the already vulnerable group of people. One other weakness is in the fact that the execution of the challenges of the disabled calls for the policy that makes it a fundamental obligation to the management. As it is now, the status of a policy has not been attained. In the pursuit of good practice by these leaders, it has become necessary to handle all the duties of this nature of a consultative nature. Therefore, in the wake of consultative decision-making processes, it is...

It is also important to understand that as the people move towards the realization of success efforts, they must be allowed a chance to live within the precincts of good leadership. Given that the objectives of the organization are genuine and centered on bringing good, merit to those who lead it makes it a worthwhile entity. Everyone in this context must be allowed to act with due caution and involve all the relevant stakeholders while addressing the ideas of human suffering (Linda, 2012). The physically challenged are always focusing on how best they can compete with the rest of the colleagues in realizing their fruits. It is also important to strike a partnership with other humanitarian organizations to bring success to the organization. In the main issues relating to the development of constructive leadership of such an organization, it is important to build networks that touch on the living word of charity and make it possible for them to alleviate any case of the danger that may occur. People are required to live within the realms of constructive charity. The reason for the execution of this state of leadership struggles is to help people realize the importance of leadership in organizations.
Threats

There are a few threats that are likely to be faced by the organization and its leadership, especially in the creation of networks touching on the execution of better work and meeting the demands of all those who will have devoted themselves to the realization of the cause. The first threat is in the creation of a belief system that revolves around the emergence of other similar groups created to divert the main attention from the people. Sometimes, governments act in ways that might jeopardize the operations of various organizations (Bowker, 2008). The divide and rule tactic often used by those in power to create some fear and intimidation on any strong group that seems to derive much power from the people. As the organization gets its plans more elaborate, it is possible to the enemies of progress to come in with diversionary tactics (David, 2001). As much as it is important to deal with the challenges of confidence in leadership, it is worth noting that challenges of constructive leadership come from with increased operations. The management can at all times is worried about the increased activities raised by its cause.

Sustainable Perspectives

The path towards the realization of goals meant to bring the rest of the activities to some sustainable growth, people should focus on making the operations sustainable. The sustainability of Diode activities will come from the ability of the people taking part in building a strong financial base and sustaining it. This must be done with the consideration of people seeking to have working financial figures meeting the overall objective of considerable leadership. It is important to consider the sustainability and usefulness of the said figures and to learn to generate a constant flow of the same. The first step towards the realization of financial sustainability is to have a financial strategy that requires income generation. Income generation must be done in way that guarantees the continuous annexation of funds to the income generating projects (Borum, 2004). Diode management should seek to establish work relations that relate to the utilization of what needs to be established as the growing concern for all. In essence, the management must develop what is needed to build the necessary constraints about the leadership projects. Organizations are best able to build their financial bases if they work on the important hints relating to the development of constraints that reach out to the work that bring the best work needed. In the wake of what needs to be done at the organizational level, there have been cases of improvement whenever finances are in order.

Positive Community Outcomes

The management of the organization should also move towards making an impact in the organization. For instance, they should all be involved in making the situation better for all the residents of the community locality. Individuals who have managed to bring the major inputs to the community end up getting the goodwill and efforts required for success. Besides, stakeholders who are always…
