The article stands out in various ways particularly in discussion of the topic therein. It sheds light on the aspect of leadership that is widened to cover the global platform and not just the localized approach. Further, it gives various real life examples that had taken place in different parts of the world, this gives it a global approach and easier to understand. It is also interesting and credit worthy that the article, in recognition of the global challenges on the cultural basis that women in leadership get, chooses to dedicate a significant section to discuss and highlight women in leadership and how they can manage to make it in the contemporary environment.
